Our Promise

At SD Gift Co, every basket is crafted with care and filled with locally sourced products from Indiana and Midwest makers. We want each delivery to reflect the quality and heart behind your gift, and we’ll always do our best to make it right if something isn’t perfect.


Personalized & Custom Gifts

Each gift is made to order and often includes personalized or locally crafted items. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchase, and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions prior to ordering or delivery.


Damaged or Defective Items

While we take great care in hand-delivering every order, accidents can happen.
If your gift arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@sdgiftco.com. Include your order details and a photo of the issue so we can assess what went wrong.

Our solution:
We’ll gladly replace any damaged or defective items at no additional cost.


Local Delivery Only

SD Gift Co currently offers local delivery and pickup only - we do not ship.
Delivery within 15 miles of our Fortville headquarters is free, and 15–20 miles is $10. Free pickup is available in Fortville by appointment. Please reach out for extended delivery information.


Item Variations & Customization

Because every SD Gift Co basket is curated by hand, the exact contents will vary from order to order. Each tier represents a general level of value and presentation, but the specific products are selected based on your client’s style, your preferences, and the local items available at the time of delivery.

Our goal is to create a beautiful, cohesive gift that fits your occasion - not to replicate the photos exactly. You’re welcome to request particular products or themes (for example, a favorite candle scent or glass), and we’ll do our best to include them when available.
