Local Delivery & Replacement Policy
At this time, SD Gift Co offers local delivery and pickup only - we do not ship. Each basket is personally delivered to your office or clients home to ensure it arrives as beautifully as it left our studio.
Delivery within 10 miles of Fortville is free, and deliveries 11–20 miles are $15. You are also welcome to pick up your order in Fortville at no cost. Please reach out for extended delivery options.
Because each gift is custom-made and features products from local makers, we do not accept returns. However, if any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery — we’ll gladly provide a replacement.
